“FUSHIMI Jazz Night”

This October, the town of Fushimi becomes a stage for five evenings of live jazz. “FUSHIMI Jazz Night” brings together 35 jazz musicians performing across four venues, each with a different atmosphere. The event is free, and visitors are encouraged to move between venues while enjoying food and drinks along the way.

The performances run from Monday, October 19, 2026, through Friday, October 23, 2026, with sets scheduled between 17:15 and 20:00. Note that start and end times vary by venue, so it is worth checking the schedule at each location before planning your route.

Venues

The four venues are all located in the Naka-ku area of Nagoya City, close to Fushimi Station. They include indoor open spaces and an outdoor sunken garden, offering different settings for each performance.

Because the venues sit within a compact area, you can walk from one stage to the next and catch a variety of musicians over the course of the evening. The open-air format means you are free to listen casually, then continue your stroll through Fushimi.

All venues are reachable from Fushimi Station on the Subway Higashiyama and Tsurumai Lines:
