Booking Policies and Restrictions

Collective Shipping: To prevent congestion at the venue entrance, tickets booked early in the sales window will be dispatched collectively rather than individually. Shipments occur July 14 (Tuesday) through July 15 (Wednesday) exclusively; plan accordingly if you require physical tickets in hand prior to these dates.

Payment Limitations: Bank transfer deposit options are unavailable for selection during the first week following the initial ticket release; alternative payment methods must be used during this period.

Identity Verification: Proxy receipt or ticket transfer to anyone other than immediate family members is prohibited—reservations must be made using the identification of the person who will actually attend. Should an immediate family member (parent, spouse, child, or sibling) complete the booking on another’s behalf, the attendee must present family relationship supporting documents—specifically a health insurance card, resident registration abstract, or family relationship certificate—alongside the original identification of both the booker and the viewer for verification at the venue.

Cancellation Deadlines: Saturday session bookings may be cancelled until 5:00 PM on the preceding Friday; Sunday session cancellations are accepted until 11:00 AM on the preceding Saturday. A small cancellation fee designated by the booking agency applies to these transactions. After the respective deadlines, cancellation and refund requests are impossible regardless of circumstance.

Ticket Custody: Physical tickets are non-replaceable. Admission is impossible without presenting the physical ticket at the venue, and the box office will not re-issue tickets damaged, lost, or stolen before entry—responsibility for safekeeping rests entirely with the holder.
