By booking a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the regulations set forth by both the organizer and the booking platform. Because responsibility for any damages resulting from a lack of familiarity with these guidelines rests solely with the viewer—and because changes or refunds may be restricted—extreme care is advised during the transaction process.

Entry and Seating
The venue for this performance is entirely standing. Entry into the hall will be determined by the entry number assigned at the time of booking; consequently, those who secure their tickets earlier will receive an earlier entry number and be granted access to the venue sooner.

Purchase Limitations and Payment
Tickets are limited to a maximum of 2 per person. To facilitate a smooth booking process and avoid technical delays, payment via bank transfer (virtual account) is restricted.

Identity Verification and Ticket Transfers

Ticket Delivery and Logistics
To mitigate congestion on the day of the event, tickets purchased during the initial opening phase will be shipped collectively.

The applicable cancellation fee will be calculated based on the date the ticket arrives at the center. For those who complete their booking after the collective shipping window has closed, tickets will be available for pickup on-site on the day of the performance.

Illegal Trading
The arbitrary trading of tickets through any channel other than the official booking site is an illegal act. Should illegal trading be discovered, the organizer will pursue a legal explanation process. Any damages arising from such transactions are the sole responsibility of the parties involved; the performance organizer, supervisor, and partner companies waive all liability in these instances.
