• Important: The main gate ticket booth will close at 8:30 PM on the day of the performance (1 hour before the end of the festival).

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• Cancellations and refunds are possible only until 5:00 PM KST on October 11, 2024.
• For bank transfers, reservations will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed by 11:59 PM KST on the day after the reservation is made.
• Once the "admission bracelet (ticket)" is issued, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Partial cancellations/refunds for unused portions are also not permitted.
• In the event of festival cancellation due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances attributable to the organizer, a 100% refund will be issued for unused tickets.
• Cancellation and refund requests must be made through the same channel where the purchase/payment was originally made.
