• No Resale: Ticket resales (outside the official vendor) are illegal. Avoid unofficial sources to prevent potential issues and ensure your entry to the concert.
• Non-Transferable (Mostly): Tickets are non-transferable except to immediate family members. You’ll need proof of relationship (health insurance card, resident registration copy, or family certificate), the booker’s ID, and the attendee’s ID.
• Bring Your ID: On-site ticket pickup requires your reservation details and your original ID (no photos or copies). No exceptions!
• Cancellation Policy: Be aware of the ticket agency’s cancellation fees before you book. No refunds are possible after the booking deadline (5:00 PM on November 27th).
