Ticket Information
Ticket Options:
- Two-Day Pass: 99,000 KRW (Grants access to all events from October 3rd to 5th, including the opening party and French Night)
- One-Day Pass: 66,000 KRW (Grants access to showcase performances on either October 4th or 5th – please select your desired date during purchase)
Purchasing Tickets:
- Tickets are available for purchase online. (Link to be added once ticket sales are live).
- There is a limit of 2 tickets per person.
Ticket Collection:
- There will be no physical ticket delivery.
- On the day of the event, present your reservation details and a valid ID at the designated ticket booth to receive your wristband, which will grant you access to the venues.
Important Notes
- Showcase Format: Zandari Festa is a showcase festival, meaning performances are held simultaneously at multiple venues throughout Hongdae.
- Venue Capacity: Admission to each venue is on a first-come, first-served basis. If a venue reaches capacity, you may need to attend a performance at a different location. Please note that tickets are non-refundable in this situation.
- No Designated Seating: Most venues will have standing room only.
- Unauthorized Ticket Sales: The organizers are not responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased through unofficial channels. Please purchase tickets only through authorized vendors.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are possible up to 5:00 PM the day before your chosen performance date.
- Cancellation fees will apply as per the ticketing platform’s regulations.
