This year, sample over 100 exceptional traditional liquors from roughly 30 breweries across the nation. Discover hidden gems from up-and-coming brewers, alongside renowned names like "Water Imprisoned Fire," a group of disciples trained by the godfather of traditional liquor himself, Park Rok-dam, director of the Korea Traditional Liquor Research Institute. You can also experience the "Premium Baeggeolli" from Baekseol Dogaji, directly overseen by CEO Baek Jong-won.

Beyond tasting and purchasing these exquisite drinks, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of traditional liquor making through hands-on experiences, including brewing workshops and fascinating Soju Gori (distilling apparatus) demonstrations.
