Opening Ceremony: Prepare to be mesmerized by a spectacular opening ceremony featuring renowned pungmul performer Kim Duk-soo, the innovative band Leesang, celebrated sorikkun (traditional Korean singer) Kim Junsu, the high-energy rock band No Brain, and captivating international performances, including Brazilian Samba and Taiwanese Lion Dance.
Korea Creative Pungmul Competition: Witness the creativity and skill of pungmul groups from across the nation as they compete in this prestigious competition.

Hands-on Experiences

Traditional Activities: Immerse yourself in Korean culture with activities such as traditional instrument crafting, straw crafts, griptok and color bead making, caricature drawings, character bag and notebook decorating, and a fun-filled slime playground.
Cultural Exchange for International Visitors: Experience Korean traditions firsthand with activities like berna spinning, tightrope walking, tuho throwing, traditional instrument playing, makgeolli (Korean rice wine) brewing. Enjoy trying on traditional costumes from around the world at the photo zone and participate in international handicraft workshops.
