The Mureung Festival, Donghae City’s largest cultural celebration, returns this autumn with a vibrant program celebrating the region’s rich heritage and stunning natural beauty. Held annually since 1984, the festival takes its name from the breathtaking Mureung Valley, a scenic gem nestled in the heart of Gangwon-do.

This year’s theme, "Colorful Donghae, Palette Festival," promises a diverse and engaging experience, showcasing the city’s unique character throughout the seasons.
