Before booking tickets, it is imperative that you familiarize yourself with the cancellation and refund policy of the ticket agency, as well as the details provided in this document. Booking a ticket signifies your confirmation and agreement to the guidelines and regulations set forth by both the organizer and the ticket agency. Any damages incurred due to a lack of familiarity with the viewing rules are solely the responsibility of the viewer. Ticket changes and refunds will not be permitted under such circumstances, so please exercise due diligence.
This performance features designated seating, allowing you to select your preferred seat during the booking process. For this performance, you may select your desired seat when booking up to four tickets per show. While there are no obstructed views, individual preferences may result in some degree of discomfort.
Wheelchair-accessible seats are available exclusively through phone reservations via the Interpark Ticket Customer Center at 1544-1555. The business hours for the customer center are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. These seats are spaces without chairs and are reserved solely for audience members who use wheelchairs. Even with a welfare card, purchasing a wheelchair seat is not permitted if you do not use a wheelchair.
Please note that the bank transfer payment option will be unavailable for one week following the opening of ticket sales. Bank transfer payments can only be selected from midnight on February 11th (Tuesday) to midnight on March 4th (Tuesday).
Reservations can be made until 5:00 PM the day before the performance for Friday and Saturday shows. For Sunday shows, reservations can be made until 11:00 AM on the preceding Saturday. Cancellations and refunds are not possible after the reservation deadline, so please plan accordingly.
Cancellation fees will be applied according to the regulations of the ticket agency when canceling a reservation. It is strongly recommended that you review the ticket agency’s cancellation fee policy prior to booking.
While tickets can be picked up on-site, pre-delivery is advised to avoid congestion on the day of the performance. However, lost or damaged delivered tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, and entry will not be permitted without a ticket. Please take extra care in safeguarding your tickets.
Delivered tickets cannot be canceled online. To receive a refund, the delivered tickets must be returned to the customer center of the ticket agency where the reservation was made before the cancellation deadline. Cancellation fees will be charged based on the date of arrival.
Unauthorized ticket trading is illegal, and any damages resulting from such transactions are solely the responsibility of the parties involved. The concert organizer, host, and cooperating companies bear no responsibility in these cases.
Proxy receipt and transfer of tickets other than by the booker are strictly prohibited. Please ensure that reservations are made using the ID of the person who will actually be attending the performance.
