  • All ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds must be processed through the official ticket vendor. No changes or refunds will be possible on the day of the event. Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.

Entry & Venue Access

  • The ticket office opens two hours before the show (4:15 PM).
  • Entry begins 45 minutes before the show (6:15 PM) and follows numerical order based on your ticket number. Arriving early is highly recommended. Once entry begins, your number is no longer relevant, and you’ll be able to enter after everyone in line has been admitted.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted except for sealed 500ml plastic bottles of water. Prohibited items include:
    • Outside food and beverages (except sealed 500ml water bottles)
    • Fireworks, sharp objects
    • Professional filming equipment
    • Bottles, cans
    • Lasers, flammable materials, and other dangerous items
  • The organizers, venue, artist, agency, and label are not responsible for any issues between audience members or incidents arising from failure to follow staff instructions.
  • Disruptive behavior that interferes with other attendees’ enjoyment of the performance may result in removal from the venue.
  • Please minimize belongings.
  • There is no on-site parking; please use public transportation.
