This free open-air concert takes place in the unique setting of Oasis 21 and the beautiful Hisaya Odori Park, right in the city center. With around 450 talented elementary, junior high, high school, and university students showcasing their skills, you’re in for a treat! Enjoy dynamic wind music, impressive marching band performances, and lively parades – there’s something for everyone!

Oasis 21: A Venue Like No Other
Oasis 21 is more than just a park; it’s a futuristic architectural marvel! Its centerpiece, the "Spaceship-Aqua," is a massive glass roof filled with water, creating a truly unique atmosphere. Explore the ground-level park "Green Earth," browse the underground "Galaxy Square" with its 30 shops, or simply relax and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
