Festival
Prospective attendees should be aware that this performance utilizes the Safe Booking service; therefore, it is imperative to review the specific cancellation and refund clauses provided by the ticket booking agency prior to purchase. By completing a booking, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to all regulations set forth by the organizer and the booking agency. Please note that the viewer assumes all responsibility for any damages resulting from a lack of familiarity with the viewing guidelines, as booked tickets cannot be changed or refunded outside of the official policy.
Booking and Payment Regulations:
- A maximum of 4 tickets per person, per session, may be booked.
- The BankH Bank transfer payment option will be unavailable for one week immediately following the opening of ticket sales.
Ticket Receipt and Verification:
To maintain the integrity of the event, proxy receipt and the transfer of tickets are strictly prohibited, with the exception of immediate family members. All bookings should be made using the ID of the individual who will actually be attending the performance. If a ticket is booked in the name of an immediate family member, identity verification is permissible provided the attendee presents the following:
- Physical ID of the booker
- Physical ID of the viewer
- Official family relationship proof (such as a resident registration transcript, family relationship certificate, or health insurance card)
Shipping and Delivery:
To mitigate congestion on the day of the performance, tickets purchased during the early stages of the opening will be shipped collectively between June 22 (Mon) and June 23 (Tue), 2026. As tickets cannot be re-issued, guests are advised to exercise caution to avoid loss or damage.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Tickets that have been physically delivered cannot be canceled via the internet. For a refund to be processed, delivered tickets must be returned to the NOL Ticket Customer Center before the cancellation deadline—keeping in mind that a cancellation fee will be applied based on the date of arrival.
Booking deadlines are as follows:
- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday sessions: Bookings are available until 5 PM the day before the performance.
- Sunday sessions: Bookings are available until 11 AM the day before the performance.
A small cancellation fee designated by the booking agency will apply, and no refunds or cancellations will be possible after these deadlines.
Legal Notice:
Any transaction of tickets conducted outside of the official booking site is an illegal act. If such transactions are discovered, the parties involved will be subject to a legal explanation process. The performance organizer, supervisor, and partners hold no responsibility for any damages resulting from illegal ticket transactions; all liability rests solely with the parties involved in the unauthorized trade.

TOUCHED (터치드) is a South Korean rock band that has captured the hearts of listeners with their explosive emotionality and raw, soaring sound.
