Wheelchair Seat Reservation Information
- Wheelchair seat purchases are available exclusively through phone reservation via the Interpark Ticket Customer Center at 1544-1555. This service is accessible after general reservations have opened.
- The Customer Center operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Tickets must be collected on the day of the performance. To collect their tickets, purchasers are required to present a disability registration certificate (or welfare card) along with their physical ID card. Failure to provide these documents will result in admission denial for both the purchaser and one accompanying person.
- Wheelchair seat reservation tickets are available for on-site collection only. The purchaser is generally required to collect the tickets in person, as proxy collection and transfer are not permitted.
