Important Booking & Venue Details

- Refunds and Cancellations: Review the ticket agency’s cancellation and refund policy before booking. All sales are final after the booking deadline.
- Seating: All seats are designated. The 1st floor has temporary chairs on a flat surface, while the 2nd floor features fixed, tiered seating. Seat changes are not permitted once the performance begins.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfers are accepted from Tuesday, December 10th, 2024, to midnight on Monday, January 13th, 2025. No bank transfers are allowed during the first week of ticket sales.
- Ticket Collection:
- Tickets purchased early will be shipped on Friday, December 27th.
- Tickets cannot be reissued, so keep them safe!
- Online cancellations are not possible for shipped tickets. Contact the Interpark Ticket Customer Center for refunds (cancellation fees apply).
- Booking Deadlines & Cancellations:
- Saturday’s show: Book by 5 PM on Friday, January 17th.
- Sunday’s show: Book by 11 AM on Saturday, January 18th.
- No Ticket Resale: Reselling tickets through unofficial channels is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The organizers are not responsible for issues arising from unofficial ticket sales.
- ID Verification for Family Bookings: If booking for family members, bring the following for verification: Proof of family relationship (health insurance card, resident registration copy, etc.), the booker’s ID card, and the attendee’s ID card.
