About the Program:

This is a paid internship program offered by MFast for young job seekers interested in gaining experience in store management and sales at Kims Club.

Program Schedule:

  • Pre-Internship Training:
    • Dates: July 22nd (Mon) – July 26th (Fri), 2024
    • Location: Kims Club Mokdong Branch & Andspace Training Center
    • Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours, excluding weekends and holidays)
    • Lunch (provided at Kims Club Mokdong Branch) and a stipend of KRW 375,000 per week will be provided.

  • Internship Program:
    • Dates: July 29th (Mon) – October 18th (Fri), 2024 (12 weeks)

Eligibility:

  • Unemployed youth aged 15-34 interested in store management/sales.
  • Individuals working less than 30 hours per week are considered unemployed.
  • Individuals with active business registrations are not eligible.
  • Participants cannot be enrolled in other government support programs (e.g., National Employment Support System, Jump Up Point).
  • Exceptions: Participants are allowed to receive support from the "Tomorrow Learning Card" program, Seoul Youth Allowance, and unemployment benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Store Sales Management:
    • Learn about the store’s main customer base and characteristics.

    • Receive training on food safety and hygiene standards.
    • Learn how to use POP (point of purchase) displays and sales analysis programs.
    • Participate in branch-specific project planning and preparation.
