• Review the Rules: Carefully review the cancellation and refund policies before purchasing your tickets. Buying a ticket signifies your agreement to the organizer’s and ticketing agency’s rules. Be aware that misunderstanding the rules will not be grounds for refunds or exchanges.
• Ticket Limits: A maximum of two tickets can be purchased per person.
• Payment Methods: Bank transfers will be available from October 22nd to November 15th.
• No Ticket Transfers: Transferring tickets to anyone other than immediate family is prohibited. Book with the ID of the person attending the concert.
• Family Member Bookings: If a family member booked your ticket, bring the following for verification: proof of family relationship (health insurance card, resident registration copy, or family relationship certificate), the booker’s ID, and your ID.
