This event features designated seating, affording you the opportunity to select your preferred seat during the booking process.
A maximum of two tickets per individual can be reserved for this particular performance.
The practice of proxy receipt and ticket transfers is restricted to immediate family members exclusively. It is imperative that bookings are made using the identification of the individual who will be attending the event.
In instances where bookings are made under the name of an immediate family member, identity verification and ticket retrieval necessitate the presentation of the following documents: a family relationship certificate (acceptable forms include a health insurance card, resident registration copy, or family relationship certificate), the original identification of the individual who made the booking, and the original identification of the attendee.
On-site ticket collection requires the presentation of your reservation details (screenshots are not permissible) along with your original identification document (photographs or copies will not be accepted). Failure to provide either your identification or reservation details will result in the inability to receive your ticket or gain entry to the concert hall. (No exceptions will be made, regardless of personal circumstances.)
The option to pay via bank transfer will not be available for the first week following the opening of ticket sales. Bank transfer selection will be enabled from Thursday, March 6th, and will remain available until midnight on Wednesday, March 19th. To prevent any potential booking issues, it is advisable to confirm the specific deposit timeframes for your respective bank in advance.
Ticket reservations can be made up until 5 PM on the day preceding the performance. It is important to note that cancellations and refunds will not be permitted beyond the booking deadline.
Cancellation of a reservation will incur a fee, the amount of which is determined by the ticket agency. We encourage you to review the ticket agency’s cancellation fee policy for specific details.
The unauthorized trading of tickets for this performance through channels other than the official ticket agency is strictly prohibited and constitutes an illegal act. The event organizer, host, and cooperating companies bear no responsibility for any damages resulting from such transactions, as the liability rests entirely with the parties involved.
