• This performance features designated seating; consequently, you are afforded the opportunity to select your preferred seat during the booking process.
• For this particular performance, a maximum of two tickets per individual can be reserved per show.
• The proxy receipt and transfer of tickets are strictly prohibited, with the sole exception being transfers among immediate family members. It is essential to ensure that bookings are made using the identification of the individual who will be attending the performance.
• In instances where a booking has been made under the name of an immediate family member, identity verification and ticket retrieval can be completed by presenting all of the following: a family relationship certificate (such as a health insurance card, resident registration copy, or family relationship certificate), the original identification card of the booker, and the original identification card of the attendee.
• On-site ticket retrieval necessitates the presentation of your reservation details (screenshots are not permissible) and your original identification card (photographs and photocopies are not acceptable). Failure to provide either your identification card or reservation details will result in the inability to receive your ticket or enter the venue, without exception.
• Please be advised that bank transfer is not an available payment method during checkout.
• Ticket bookings for this performance will remain open until 5 PM on the day preceding the performance. It is crucial to understand that cancellations and refunds are not permitted beyond this deadline.
