RECIPROCITY 2025 is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 22nd, starting at 5:30 PM at the Musinsa Garage.
Reservation Information
- Each individual is permitted to purchase a maximum of two tickets.
- The performance is designated as standing room only.
- The number selected during the reservation process corresponds to the ticket number; however, entry to the venue will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, irrespective of the assigned ticket number.
- Cancellations, changes, and refunds of tickets are exclusively processed through the original reservation site.
- The event organizer assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from personal transactions conducted outside of the official reservation platform.
- On-site ticket sales will be contingent upon the availability of seats following the closure of online reservations. In the event of a sell-out, no on-site sales will occur.
Ticket Collection Information
- Tickets for this event are available for collection exclusively on-site.
- The ticket booth will open one hour prior to the scheduled start of the performance. Upon confirmation of reservation details, attendees will be issued a wristband.
- Attendees are required to present their identification card (or a copy thereof) or the reservation details link; screenshots will not be accepted.
- Lost tickets will not be reissued, so attendees are advised to keep them secure.
- Exchanges and refunds are not permitted on the day of the performance.
Concert Entry Information
- Entry to the concert hall will commence at 4:30 PM, with admission granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Individuals without tickets will be denied entry. Attendees are reminded to safeguard their tickets.
- Food and beverages, with the exception of bottled water (500mL or less in PET bottles), are prohibited within the concert hall.
- Items such as firecrackers, confetti, lasers, and weapons are strictly forbidden. The discovery of such items may result in expulsion from the venue.
- To minimize disruption to fellow audience members, attendees are requested to refrain from unnecessary movement or departure from the venue once the performance has begun. If movement is unavoidable, it should be done under the guidance of on-site staff, and attendees must retain their tickets for re-entry verification.
