Nature Park Flower Festival

Nature Park, an ecological space where flora and fauna commingle, comprises a sprawling 120,000-pyeong (approximately 97-acre) botanical garden. The park features a giant glasshouse indoor zoo, complemented by a radial outdoor zoo, and is home to a diverse collection of over 86 animal species, totaling 444 animals. These creatures coexist with a rich variety of plant life, including over 350 tree species and more than 100 species of flowers.
Throughout the year, Nature Park hosts a variety of festivals, each designed to highlight the unique characteristics of the four seasons. The Flower Festival is particularly notable for its "Animal Explorers" program, which focuses on animal enrichment and offers visitors the opportunity to observe initiatives designed to enhance animal behavior.
The festival grounds are thoughtfully curated, with the fragrant scent of spring flowers greeting visitors from the entrance. Every corner of the park is filled with a variety of flowers, trees, and aesthetically pleasing photo zones, ensuring that memorable photo opportunities abound.
A significant addition to the festival is the unveiling of a new outdoor animal enclosure, meticulously designed to mimic a natural habitat. This enclosure will house two Asiatic black bears, previously residing in the indoor zoo, which will be available for viewing throughout the festival period.
In addition to the floral and faunal displays, the Flower Festival will feature a series of performances at the Wind Hill (grass performance area). These include a Bubble Show + Bumblebee, a Farmer Magic Show, and a Dog Show.
On April 5th, coinciding with Arbor Day, a drawing contest will be held at the Wind Hill. The contest invites participants to capture the natural scenery and animals of Nature Park, providing an engaging activity for families looking to create lasting memories.
