Cheonlipo Arboretum Magnolia Festival 2025: Experience the “Softly, Softly Magnolia Walk” in Taean

Cheonlipo Arboretum Magnolia Festival

🗓️ March 28th to April 20th, 2025

The 8th Cheonlipo Arboretum Magnolia Festival, titled "Softly, Softly Magnolia Walk," will be held at the Cheonlipo Arboretum in Taean, Chungnam. This unique event—the only magnolia festival in Korea—is scheduled to last for 24 days, showcasing the beautiful natural environment of the west coast and a veritable feast of spring flowers in celebration of the 2025 Taean Visit Year.

The theme, "Softly, Softly Magnolia Walk," suggests an experience where visitors can enjoy a refreshing walk in the arboretum, signifying a transition from the long winter into the warmth of spring. The official poster captures this sentiment perfectly, featuring a visitor walking on a branch of ‘Maxine Merrill,’ a unique yellow magnolia that can only be seen at Cheonlipo Arboretum.
