- This performance utilizes a designated seating arrangement, allowing attendees to select their preferred seats during the booking process.
- For this performance, a maximum of two tickets per person can be booked per session.
- Proxy receipt and transfer of tickets are strictly prohibited, with the sole exception being transfers among immediate family members. It is imperative that tickets are booked under the name of the individual who will actually be attending the performance.
- In the event that a ticket is booked under the name of an immediate family member, the attendee may verify their identity and receive their ticket by presenting all of the following: a family relationship certificate (such as a health insurance card, resident registration copy, or family relationship certificate), the original ID of the person who made the booking, and the original ID of the attendee.
- When receiving tickets on-site, it is essential to bring your reservation details (screenshots are not acceptable) and original ID (photocopies are not permitted). Failure to present either the ID card or reservation details will result in the inability to collect tickets and enter the concert hall. (No exceptions will be made for personal reasons.)
- The option to pay via bank transfer will not be available for one week following the opening of ticket sales. Bank transfer payments will be accepted from Thursday, January 2, 2025, until midnight on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. To avoid any booking errors, please verify the available deposit times for each bank in advance.
- Tickets for this performance can be booked until 5:00 PM on the day prior to the performance. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted after the booking deadline, so please plan accordingly.
- A cancellation fee, as determined by the ticket agency, will be applied when canceling a reservation. Please review the ticket agency’s cancellation fee regulations for further details.
- Any unauthorized transactions of tickets outside of the official booking agency for this performance are considered illegal acts. The parties involved in such transactions bear sole responsibility for any resulting damages, and the organizers, sponsors, and cooperating companies of the performance are not liable.
