Ticket Delivery Information

To mitigate congestion on the performance day, a batch delivery system will be employed for early reservations.

• Batch Delivery Date: Sequential delivery commencing January 2, 2025 (Thursday).
• Tickets from reservations completed by 09:00 KST on December 23, 2024 (Monday) will be dispatched sequentially.
• Reservations made after this time will only be available for on-site pickup.
• Changes to the delivery address for batch delivery tickets are permissible until 09:00 KST on December 23, 2024 (Monday).
• It is crucial to verify the accuracy of the receiving information (delivery address, recipient, contact information) before purchasing the ticket, as modifications to this information after delivery are not feasible.
• Due to the production of digital photo tickets, cancellation requests for batch delivery reservations made after 09:00 KST on December 23, 2024 (Monday) are only possible through the customer center (1544-1555) and 1:1 inquiries until 12:00 PM (KST) on January 2, 2025 (Thursday). Refunds for shipping costs will not be possible after this time.

Ticket On-site Pickup Information

When collecting reserved tickets at the venue, attendees must present both a physical ID card for identity verification and the Interpark reservation details. The information on the ID card must match the Interpark reservation details for ticket pickup to be authorized. Ticket pickup is not possible if the person collecting the tickets is not the individual who made the reservation, or if the person who made the reservation is present but unable to verify their identity.

Wheelchair Seat Reservation Information

• Wheelchair Seat General Sales: December 9, 2024 (Monday) 09:00 KST onwards.
• Wheelchair seat purchases are exclusively available via phone reservation through the Interpark Customer Center (1544-1555).
• Customer Center operating hours are from 09:00 to 18:00 KST.
