- Cancellation Policy: Review the ticket agency’s cancellation and refund policy before booking. All sales are final after the designated deadlines.
- Agreement to Terms: Purchasing a ticket signifies your agreement to the organizer’s and ticket agency’s rules and regulations. Unfamiliarity with these rules will not be grounds for refunds or exchanges.
- Standing Room Entry: This is a standing-room-only event. Your entry number, selected during booking, determines your entry order. Lower numbers grant earlier access.
- Purchase Limits: Maximum 4 tickets per person per purchase.
- Bank Transfers: Bank transfer payments are available from December 16th, 2024, to January 10th, 2025. This option is not available during the first week of ticket sales.
- Ticket Pickup: No proxy pickups or ticket transfers are allowed except for immediate family members. Book with the attendee’s ID. Family members picking up tickets must present: Proof of family relationship (health insurance card, resident registration copy, etc.), the booker’s ID, and the attendee’s ID.
- Ticket Shipping: Tickets purchased early will be shipped on December 27th, 2024, to minimize congestion at the venue.
- Lost or Damaged Tickets: Lost, damaged, stolen, or forgotten tickets will not be reissued and will prevent entry. Keep your ticket safe!
- Online Cancellation: Shipped tickets cannot be canceled online. Return physical tickets to the Interpark Ticket Customer Center by the cancellation deadline for a refund (cancellation fees apply).
- Booking Deadlines: Saturday performance bookings close at 5:00 PM on Friday, January 17th. Sunday performance bookings close at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 18th.
- No Ticket Resale: Reselling tickets outside the official channels is illegal. Any unauthorized transactions will be investigated, and the organizer, host, and partners bear no responsibility for resulting issues.
