Please note: Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be granted due to limited views. The organizer and ticket agency are not responsible for issues arising from limited view seating.

Wheelchair Accessibility

  • Reservations: Wheelchair accessible seating is available by phone reservation only. Please contact the Interpark Ticket Customer Center at 1544-1555 starting at 9:00 AM KST on September 14, 2024. (Customer Center hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM KST)
  • Required Documentation: You must present your disability registration card (or welfare card) and a valid ID card for ticket collection on the day of the performance. Failure to provide these documents will result in denied entry for both the ticket holder and their companion.
  • Ticket Collection: Wheelchair accessible tickets must be collected on-site by the original purchaser. Proxy collection and ticket transfers are not permitted.
