From December 26th, 2024, to January 7th, 2025, immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere with special decorations created by renowned flower artist Yoko Uda. Using pine trees from Hamamatsu City, her installation throughout the West Walk embodies hope and new beginnings, setting the stage for a memorable New Year’s experience.
Don’t miss these highlights:
- Free Traditional Performances: Catch the energy of Japanese drum performances and lion dances on January 2nd, followed by traditional games and koto performances on January 3rd at the Roppongi Hills Arena. It’s a vibrant celebration you won’t want to miss!
- Lucky Bags & New Year’s Projects: Snag exclusive lucky bags packed with goodies and special New Year’s items from around 30 shops, including sweets and beauty brands. Around 20 stores will also offer unique "New Year’s Projects" with limited-edition novelties – a shopping experience unique to Roppongi Hills.
- Roppongi Hills Sale: Indulge in some retail therapy with discounts of up to 80% off at approximately 40 boutiques and shops from January 2nd to 13th.
- Complimentary Sake: The first 700 shoppers each day (January 2nd and 3rd) who spend ¥3,000 or more at participating stores will receive a 300ml bottle of "Junmai Ginjo Goriki" sake from Tottori Prefecture’s Otani Sake Brewery. This special gift celebrates the collaboration between Roppongi Hills and Tottori Prefecture, which includes events like rice planting and harvesting in the rooftop garden. (Must be 20 or older. ID may be required.)
- First Mount Fuji Viewing: Start the year with a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from Tokyo City View, the observation deck on the 52nd floor of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, open from New Year’s Day.

What is Roppongi Hills?
Roppongi Hills is a mixed-use urban complex located in the Roppongi district of Tokyo, Japan, completed in 2003. Developed by the Mori Building Company, the complex covers multiple city blocks and includes office spaces, residential apartments, a hotel, an art museum, and numerous shops and restaurants.
