Returning this year are sweet potato aficionados Ayuki Hashimoto, representative director of the Sweet Potato Ambassador Association, and Yasuko Okuno, director in charge of "Daigaku Imo" (candied sweet potatoes). They’ve curated an impressive selection of sweet potato treats from 11 vendors across Japan, including four exciting newcomers:
