This fun, hands-on event brings the delicious flavors of western Japan to Tokyo, creating a warm, nostalgic atmosphere in the unique setting of the historic platform. Inspired by "Okonomiyaki Day," the Okonomiyaki Department and expert okonomiyaki chefs are ready to share their secrets for making Kansai-style okonomiyaki, a national favorite.

- Who: Elementary school 1st grade and above (Children under junior high school age must be accompanied by a guardian. Preschoolers can accompany guardians but cannot participate in the okonomiyaki making.)
- Capacity: 40 seats per session (Reservation required)
- Reservations: Same-day reservations accepted from 9:00 AM on the day of the event until 30 minutes before each session. Advance reservations are full.
