Festival Guidelines

How to Use Your Ticket:

This is a one-day festival held on Saturday, October 12, 2024.
Entry is granted only to spectators wearing an "admission bracelet."
The "admission bracelet" can be collected at the "on-site ticket booth" on the day of the performance after verification of your reservation information. (On-site pickup only)
Important: The main gate ticket booth will close at 8:30 PM on the day of the performance (1 hour before the end of the festival).

Stay updated on all festival-related information by following the official Instagram page and website (links to be announced).

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellations and refunds are possible only until 5:00 PM KST on October 11, 2024.
For bank transfers, reservations will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed by 11:59 PM KST on the day after the reservation is made.
Once the "admission bracelet (ticket)" is issued, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Partial cancellations/refunds for unused portions are also not permitted.
In the event of festival cancellation due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances attributable to the organizer, a 100% refund will be issued for unused tickets.
Cancellation and refund requests must be made through the same channel where the purchase/payment was originally made.
