• Required Documentation: On the day of the concert, please bring your disability registration card (or welfare card) and the purchaser’s physical ID for verification. Failure to provide these documents will unfortunately result in non-admittance for both the ticket holder and their companion.
• Ticket Collection: Wheelchair accessible tickets are for on-site collection only and must be collected by the original purchaser. Proxy collection and ticket transfers are not permitted.
