• Refunds and Cancellations: Familiarize yourself with Interpark’s cancellation and refund policy before booking. Cancellations and refunds are subject to deadlines and fees. Tickets booked after 5 PM on the day before the performance are non-refundable.
• Agreement to Terms: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions set by both the organizer and Interpark.
• Viewing Rules: Be sure to read the venue’s viewing rules. You are responsible for adhering to these rules, and no refunds or exchanges will be granted for non-compliance.

Additional Details

• Bank Transfers: Bank transfers as a payment method will be available from November 22nd to December 20th.
• Ticket Transfers: Ticket transfers are only permitted for immediate family members. Proof of family relationship (health insurance card, resident registration copy, or family relationship certificate), the original purchaser’s ID, and the attendee’s ID will be required for entry.
• Ticket Shipping: To minimize congestion at the venue, tickets purchased early will be shipped starting December 12th.
• Lost or Damaged Tickets: Tickets cannot be reissued. Shipped tickets cannot be cancelled online; for refunds, you must return the physical ticket to Interpark’s Customer Center before the cancellation deadline (fees apply).
• Illegal Ticket Sales: Reselling tickets through unofficial channels is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action. The organizer, host, and partners bear no responsibility for issues arising from illegal ticket sales.
