Important Booking Information

- Cancellation Policy: Review the cancellation and refund policies before booking. All sales are final after the booking deadline.
- Agreement to Terms: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the organizer’s and ticket vendor’s rules and regulations. Understanding these rules is your responsibility.
- Standing Area (Floor 1): This area has no assigned seating. Entry is based on your admission number, assigned at the time of booking. Lower numbers enter first. Numbers 1-300 within Standing Area A are only available for on-site pickup.
- Ticket Limits: Maximum two tickets per person, per show.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfers are accepted from Tuesday, November 12th, to Friday, December 6th at midnight. Bank transfers are not available during the first week of ticket sales.
- Ticket Pickup: No proxy pickup or ticket transfers, except for immediate family members (requires documentation: family relationship certificate, booker’s ID, and attendee’s ID).
- Shipping: Tickets will be shipped in bulk starting Tuesday, November 26th to minimize congestion at the venue.
- Lost Tickets: Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued.
- Cancellations/Refunds for Shipped Tickets: Contact the Interpark Ticket Customer Center before the cancellation deadline. Cancellation fees apply. Online cancellations for shipped tickets are not possible.
- Booking Deadlines: Saturday show bookings close at 5 PM on Friday. Sunday show bookings close at 11 AM on Saturday.
- Illegal Ticket Sales: Reselling tickets outside the official channels is illegal and will be investigated. Any resulting damages are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.
