Get ready to be mesmerized! The Gwanak Starlight Stroll is back for its fourth year, bringing the magic of light to Seoul. As the only lighting festival in Seoul’s autonomous districts to embrace the beauty of a flowing stream, this year’s Stroll promises an even more immersive experience. For three full months, the Byeolbitnaericheon stream, from Bongnim Bridge to Sillim Bridge, will be transformed into a radiant spectacle.

This year’s theme, "Starlight Garden in the City," will envelop the Byeolbitnaericheon stream in a warm, inviting glow, a welcome contrast to the crisp winter air. Imagine strolling through a captivating world of light and nature, featuring:

A whimsical entrance: Greet a grand gate adorned with butterflies and flowers, setting the stage for an enchanting journey.
The majestic tree: Marvel at a towering 10-meter tree, illuminated to create a breathtaking focal point.
A celestial carriage: Witness a golden carriage seemingly gliding through the Milky Way, a truly magical sight.
Friendly bear sculptures: Encounter charming bear sculptures scattered throughout the illuminated landscape.
A tranquil riverside terrace: This year’s highlight! Newly completed in May, the riverside terrace will feature illuminated trees, creating cozy pockets of light where you can rest and imagine yourself in a serene forest garden. This unique addition sets this year’s Stroll apart from previous editions, offering a more intimate and enchanting experience.
