Additional Ticketing Policies

Reservation Agreement: Reserving a ticket signifies your agreement to these guidelines, which are subject to change.
Identity Verification: Interpark Ticket requires identity verification, valid for one year. Verify your identity via "My Page > Verify Now."
Queue System: Only one queue number is allowed per account to maintain a fair reservation environment. Simultaneous queues from multiple devices will terminate the existing queue. See FAQ
Re-Reservation Restriction: The same-seat re-reservation service will be temporarily unavailable on September 30th, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM KST.
Sanctions for Illegal Reservations: Unauthorized methods, such as macro programs, are strictly prohibited and may result in reservation cancellations and account blocking.
