Important Ticket Information – Read Before You Buy!

• Safe Booking Service: This performance utilizes a safe booking service for a smooth and secure purchase process. Using Internet Explorer 8 or higher is recommended. Learn more: What is safe booking?
• Review the Rules: Carefully review the cancellation and refund policies before purchasing your tickets. Buying a ticket signifies your agreement to the organizer’s and ticketing agency’s rules. Be aware that misunderstanding the rules will not be grounds for refunds or exchanges.
• Ticket Limits: A maximum of two tickets can be purchased per person.
• Payment Methods: Bank transfers will be available from October 22nd to November 15th.
• No Ticket Transfers: Transferring tickets to anyone other than immediate family is prohibited. Book with the ID of the person attending the concert.
• Family Member Bookings: If a family member booked your ticket, bring the following for verification: proof of family relationship (health insurance card, resident registration copy, or family relationship certificate), the booker’s ID, and your ID.
• Ticket Delivery: Tickets will be shipped on November 6th to minimize congestion at the venue. Keep your tickets safe, as they cannot be reissued.
• Cancellations: Online cancellations are not possible for shipped tickets. Return tickets to the Interpark Ticket Customer Center before the deadline for a refund (cancellation fees apply). No cancellations or refunds are allowed after the deadline. Tickets can be booked until 5 PM on November 22nd.
• No Reselling: Reselling tickets is illegal. Any unauthorized transactions will be investigated, and those involved will be held responsible for any resulting damages.

Concert Etiquette: Keep it Safe and Fun for Everyone

• No Moshing, Slamming, or Diving: These activities are strictly forbidden for the safety of all attendees.
• Stay in Your Designated Area: Standing area ticket holders must remain within the standing zone. Reserved seating ticket holders must stay in their assigned seats.
