Wheelchair accessible seating is available. Please call the Interpark Ticket Customer Center (1544-1555) starting at 12 PM on Friday, October 18, 2024 to reserve.
- Customer Center Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Important Note: Remember to bring your certificate of disability (or welfare card) and a physical copy of your ID on the day of the concert. Only the purchaser can pick up the tickets at the venue (no proxy pickup or transfers allowed).
Important Ticketing Information: Read Before You Buy!
- Smooth Reservations: To ensure a smooth booking process, the same-seat re-reservation service will be temporarily unavailable from 12 PM on Wednesday, October 16th to 3 PM on Friday, October 18th. This applies to the artist pre-sale, Live Nation pre-sale, and the general sale opening day.
- No Illegal Reservations: Using macro programs or other unauthorized methods to secure tickets is strictly prohibited. Such reservations will be cancelled, and the purchaser may be blocked from future purchases.
- Payment Restrictions: Interpark Pay, I-point, and NOL point services will be temporarily unavailable from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on October 16th, 17th, and 18th to ensure smooth transactions.
