- Recipients of production support from the 2023 BCPF Korea Creator Awards
- Individuals or teams with warnings or sanctions related to broadcasting regulations from institutions like the Korea Communications Commission

- Theme: Videos with strong public appeal, social relevance, and a local connection. The specific topic is your choice!
- Length: 3-5 minutes
- Format: 1920×1080 (FHD) resolution or higher, uploaded to your personal/team YouTube channel
