  • Cancellation Policy: Review the cancellation and refund policy before booking.
  • Booking Agreement: By booking, you agree to the organizer’s and ticket agency’s terms.
  • Ticket Limits: Maximum 4 tickets per person per performance.
  • Payment Methods: Bank transfers are available from November 18th, 2024, to January 17th, 2025. Bank transfers are not accepted within one week of the ticket opening.
  • Ticket Transfer: Ticket transfers are only permitted for immediate family members. Verification requires family relationship documentation (health insurance card, resident registration copy, family relationship certificate, etc.), the booker’s ID, and the attendee’s ID.
  • Ticket Shipping: Tickets will be shipped between January 6th and 7th, 2025.
  • Lost Tickets: Lost tickets cannot be reissued.
  • Online Cancellations: Shipped tickets cannot be canceled online. Return tickets to the Interpark Ticket Customer Center for a refund (cancellation fees apply).
  • Booking Deadlines: Saturday performances: book by 5 PM the day before. Sunday performances: book by 11 AM the day before. No cancellations or refunds are allowed after the deadline.
  • Illegal Ticket Sales: Unofficial ticket resales are illegal and subject to legal action.
