Immerse Yourself in a Sea of White at the Jeju Folk Village Buckwheat Flower Festival!

Get ready to be enchanted by a breathtaking scene of pristine white buckwheat flowers blanketing the Jeju Folk Village. From June 21st to July 7th, 2024, the village will be hosting the "Jeju Folk Village Buckwheat Flower Festival – Jeju Thatched House Flower Garden Exhibition."

Stroll through fields of blossoming buckwheat set against the backdrop of traditional Jeju thatched houses. Capture the beauty of it all at the specially designed photo zones in the village’s mountainside buckwheat field.

For an extra dose of fun, visit on June 29th and 30th for face painting and whimsical balloon art performances by clowns!

This festival celebrates Jeju Island’s significant role in buckwheat production, contributing to over 60% of the national yield. The Jeju Folk Village plans to continue this celebration with a series of flower festivals, showcasing the charm of Jeju’s traditional thatched houses.
