Bank Transfers: If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you must complete the transfer by 11:59 PM KST on the same day you book your tickets. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation.

Proxy Pickup: To ensure a smooth pickup process, please book tickets using the attendee’s ID. Verification will be required on-site. For attendees under 7 years of age, a parent or guardian’s ID can be used for booking. However, you’ll need to bring proof of guardianship (family relationship certificate) and both the attendee’s and guardian’s IDs for verification at the venue.
