What will you be doing?

As part of the first CULTUREUS team, you’ll embark on a 6-month journey (July – December 2024) filled with exciting activities:

  • Research: Dive deep into real-world examples and research trends shaping organizational culture.
  • Reflection: Maintain a "Culture Diary" to document your observations and share insights with the team.
  • Marketing: Participate in promoting books and resources related to organizational culture.
  • Collaboration: Engage in monthly online or offline meetings to discuss ideas and participate in thought-provoking discussions.

Eligibility:

  • Films must be completed after January 1, 2023.
  • International Competition: Open to all filmmakers regardless of nationality.
  • Korean Competition: Open to filmmakers residing outside of Jeollabuk-do province and Korean nationals.
  • Jeollabuk-do Competition: Open to filmmakers based in Jeollabuk-do province.

Stroll through fields of blossoming buckwheat set against the backdrop of traditional Jeju thatched houses. Capture the beauty of it all at the specially designed photo zones in the village’s mountainside buckwheat field.

For an extra dose of fun, visit on June 29th and 30th for face painting and whimsical balloon art performances by clowns!

This festival celebrates Jeju Island’s significant role in buckwheat production, contributing to over 60% of the national yield. The Jeju Folk Village plans to continue this celebration with a series of flower festivals, showcasing the charm of Jeju’s traditional thatched houses.
