Are you interested in a career in the arts? ArtMore is back with an exciting opportunity for you! We’re looking for 20 enthusiastic individuals aged 19-34 to join our 4th Art Reporter Team and help us promote ArtMore through engaging content.

What is ArtMore?
ArtMore is a website run by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Arts Management Service. It provides comprehensive information on arts-related companies, job opportunities, and essential training for the arts industry.

Selection Process:
- Document Screening Results: July 12th (Fri)
- Online Interviews: July 15th-16th (Mon-Tue)
- Final Selection Announcement: July 17th (Wed)
- Art Reporter Team Orientation: July 19th (Fri)

What you’ll be doing:

Content Creation (1-2 pieces per month):
- Create online content to promote the ArtMore platform.
- Conduct interviews with professionals in the arts industry and write articles (including research, interview question preparation, face-to-face interviews, and article writing).

Activity Review (1 per person after completion):
- Share your experience as an Art Reporter, including your motivations for joining, insights gained, discoveries made, and challenges faced.

Regular Meetings (5 times):
- Attend the orientation and closing ceremony.
- Participate in online/offline planning meetings.
- Report on monthly activity plans and interview progress.

Promotional Activities (at least once a month):
- Promote ArtMore through your personal social media and relevant job-seeking communities.

- Expert lectures and 1:1 feedback on articles and content.
- Activity and transportation allowance (tax not included, provided upon completion of content and participation in regular meetings).
- ArtMore Reporter ID card and certificate of activity (not issued if inactive for two or more sessions).
- Opportunities to participate in events and training programs hosted by the Korea Arts Management Service.
- Special gifts for outstanding reporters.
Things to keep in mind:
- You will be creating content for the ‘Company Visit’ section of the ArtMore website and promotional content for the platform.
- You will analyze and promote the main functions of the ArtMore website and write articles based on interviews with company/organization staff and experts.
- The online content created by the ArtMore Reporter Team will be uploaded to the ArtMore website (www.artmore.kr) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- The applicant retains all copyrights to the submitted documents and activity content. However, the Korea Arts Management Service reserves the right to exercise non-exclusive copyright and the right to create derivative works for non-profit purposes.
- Copyright and the right to create derivative works: Publication of materials, database construction and information provision web services, partial reproduction, processing, printing, distribution, exhibition, public transmission, etc. of submitted materials for the purpose of promoting other projects.
- Selected applicants must participate in the orientation, closing ceremony, and regular meetings.
- Activity and transportation allowances are provided only to those who participate in regular meetings and submit content.
- A certificate of activity will not be issued if you are inactive for two or more sessions.
