About the Festival
The Gwacheon Performing Arts Festival is a vibrant celebration of music, dance, and theater, attracting artists and audiences from across the nation. Here’s a glimpse of what awaits:
- Dates: September 27th (Fri) – 29th (Sun), 2024 (3 days)
- Location: Lush lawns next to Gwacheon Citizen’s Hall and surrounding areas
- Host: Gwacheon City

What Does Being a "G-PANG-E" Involve?
As a vital part of our festival team, you’ll contribute to a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone. Your responsibilities may include:
- Ensuring safety and managing seating in performance venues.
- Providing enthusiastic support at experience booths and interactive events.
- Assisting with the engaging "G-Pop" docent program.
- Capturing the festival’s energy and volunteer spirit through photography and videography (personal equipment required for the Photo/Video Team).
Who Can Apply?
We welcome enthusiastic individuals who:
- Reside in Korea and are 18 years of age or older.
- Can dedicate their time to the mandatory orientation session and the full festival duration.
- Possess a genuine passion for the performing arts and festival environments.

- Please note that operation hours and the number of volunteers per shift may be adjusted based on the festival schedule and application volume.
- We aim to recruit a dedicated team of 30 to 100 volunteers.

We deeply value your contributions! As a "G-PANG-E" volunteer, you’ll receive:
- Official volunteer hours certification.
- A fantastic volunteer kit, including a uniform, fun souvenirs, and an ID card.
- One nourishing meal per day throughout the festival.
Note: ID cards will be provided exclusively to volunteers who attend both orientation sessions.
Important Notes
- Please ensure you complete the Naver Form as part of your application.
- Roles will be assigned by the Gwacheon Cultural Foundation based on skills and experience.
- Attendance at both orientation sessions is mandatory to receive your volunteer ID card.
- Volunteers who attend orientation but are unable to participate in the festival will not be eligible for volunteer hours.
- Registering on the 1365 Volunteer Portal is essential for accurate volunteer hour tracking and credit.
- Applications will undergo a careful review process. Only selected applicants will be contacted individually after the application deadline. We appreciate your understanding that we may not be able to notify unsuccessful applicants.
