As an EBS Online Mentor, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of elementary, middle, or high school students. Through regular online mentoring sessions, you will:

We encourage applications from individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Current or on-leave undergraduate or graduate student at a 4-year university: We value the unique perspectives and experiences of current students.
- Passionate about working with elementary, middle, and high school students: Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire and motivate your mentees.
- Available to participate as an EBS Student Mentor for one year: Consistency and commitment are key to building strong mentor-mentee relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will strengthen your application:
- Majoring in education-related fields (e.g., Education, Teacher Education)
- Experience using EBS educational content
- Previous mentoring or youth work experience
- Academic scholarship recipient

- Selection Process: Our selection process consists of three stages:
- Stage 1: Document Screening: We will carefully review all submitted applications.
- Stage 2: 1:1 Video Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a virtual interview.
- Stage 3: Orientation and Mandatory Training: Successful candidates will participate in an orientation and complete our mandatory training program.
Notification: We will notify successful applicants individually within 7 days of the interview. Please note that the announcement date may be subject to change depending on the selection schedule.
Technical Requirements:
- Mentoring sessions will be conducted online using a video conferencing platform.
- Mentors must have access to a private and quiet workspace (e.g., personal room, single-occupancy study room, empty classroom).
