Wheelchair Seat Reservation Information
Wheelchair seat purchases are exclusively available via phone reservation through the Interpark Ticket Customer Center at 1544-1555. Reservations can be made after the general reservations have opened. The Customer Center operates from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Tickets purchased for wheelchair seats will be available for collection on the day of the performance. To collect these tickets, purchasers must present their disability registration card (or welfare card) along with their physical ID card. Failure to provide these documents will result in denial of admission for both the purchaser and one accompanying person.
It is important to note that wheelchair seat reservation tickets are strictly for on-site collection and must be collected by the purchaser. Proxy collection and transfer of these tickets are not permitted.
