- No Ticket Transfers: Tickets are non-transferable except to immediate family members. Family members must present proof of relationship (health insurance card, resident registration certificate, family relationship certificate, etc.), the booker’s original ID, and the attendee’s original ID at the venue.
- ID Required: Bring your booking confirmation (screenshots are not accepted) and your original ID to the venue to pick up your tickets. Failure to present both will prevent ticket collection and entry.
- No Bank Transfers: Bank transfers are not accepted as a payment method.
- No Refunds After Deadline: No cancellations or refunds are permitted after the booking deadline (5:00 PM, January 8, 2025). Cancellation fees may apply before the deadline; check the ticket agency’s policy.
