Held annually at the breathtaking Manghyangjeong Pavilion in Iseo-myeon, Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do, this festival celebrates the beauty of Iseo Jeokbyeok (Red Cliff) and the spirit of community. Join displaced residents, locals, and fellow travelers in appreciating the stunning natural landscape of Hwasun.

This year, the festival offers something truly special: free entry to the normally paid Jeokbyeok Tour, giving you unprecedented access to explore the Red Cliff area up close. Launched in 1985, this October tradition provides a unique opportunity to experience the vibrant colors of autumn foliage against the backdrop of the majestic cliffs.
