Get ready to transform and join the spectacle! The Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival returns for its 11th year, bringing even more costumed fun to Tokyo from October 25th to 27th. With over 20,000 cosplayers attending annually, this is one of Japan’s largest Halloween extravaganzas – and you’re invited!
This year, the main stage moves to Naka-Ikebukuro Park, offering a bigger and better platform for exciting events like "Niconico Coscollection" and the family-friendly "Halloween with Family." Show off your meticulously crafted costumes, whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting your cosplay journey.
Returning this year is the epic "Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Parade." After a record-breaking 400 participants last year, expect an even more impressive display as vibrant characters march through the streets of Ikebukuro.
For those seeking a spooktacular evening experience, Ikebukuro Sunshine City will host "Ikebukuro Halloween Night" from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM on Friday, October 25th. Enjoy dazzling nighttime cosplays, capture stunning photos against the city lights, and discover a host of unique activities designed for after-dark fun.
