The Korea Biosafety Information Center (KRIBB) invites you to be a part of the exciting 14th National High School Biosafety-Bioindustry Debate Competition Finals! We’re looking for enthusiastic middle and high school students from Daejeon to join our Youth Audience Participation Group. Witness the future of biotechnology unfold as talented young debaters tackle critical topics in biosafety and bioindustry.

Here’s Your Chance to Make a Difference:

As a member of the Youth Audience Participation Group, you’ll play a vital role in the competition. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Observe the final debate rounds: Witness firsthand the compelling arguments and insightful perspectives of the finalists. The finals will be held at the prestigious Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology (Daejeon Headquarters) on Saturday, September 7, 2024.
• Vote for the Outstanding Debater: Your vote will help determine which debater demonstrates exceptional skill and knowledge.
• Share Your Insights: Submit a post-observation review (400 characters or more) sharing your thoughts on the debate.

Benefits of Participation:

• Expand Your Knowledge: Attend a special seminar led by renowned biotechnology experts.
• Earn a Reward: Receive a ₩20,000 mobile convenience store gift certificate upon completion of your activity mission.

How to Apply:

• Eligibility: Middle and high school students enrolled in Daejeon.
• Application Period: August 12th (Monday) to August 30th (Friday), 2024.
• Application Method: Simply fill out and submit the [Naver Form](insert Naver Form link here).
• Selection Process: A total of 25 participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Announcement of Results: September 2nd, 2024 (Monday). Selected participants will be notified individually.
